Awesome game

I love this game. No ads, no currency, just the game. I play almost everyday without having to turn off my wifi.

There are a few minor problems that can all be spotted by playing the game for 10 minutes (only like 3 problems) and those problems are easy fixes. Sometimes the triangles animations are moved out of place while moving rows. The numbers on bomb triangles will move way off. I forget the other thing, but now I have a suggestion to improve the game. The tilting feature is nice, but I think it should be automatic, but not make 3 or more triangles touch each other which would detonate a bomb if there is a bomb in play. If this is not something that will be done, I suggest that you instead give players an option to swipe the tilt icon to the direction that you would like the triangles to fall, not just keep track of the devices tilting. I want to be able to play this game without actually moving, like when playing in bed or while watching tv. I shouldn't have to constantly flip my device around just to keep bombs from detonating. Also, having the blinking colors that show the color of a triangles that you can't see is pointless and would be better if it simply stays that color.

Keep up the great work

Simple to learn, hard to master. Amazing game!

Trism is such a classic. The rules are simple but the gameplay is complex. That’s what makes Trism so great. It’s as simple and fun as bejeweled, but has depth that I haven’t seen in any other games like this.

I first played Trism when it came out 10+ years ago and recently downloaded it again. What a treat it is to go back to a game with fun core gameplay, no ads, and no in game purchases/currency.

I’m pleased that the game still runs on my iPhone XS Max. However time has not treated this game well. It looks very aged. The game won’t run in a resolution native to modern iPhones. The in game menus and alerts are from a different iOS era. Some controls don’t work properly, like the level select scroll list component doesn’t render the text for the selected level. But I’m still giving this game 5 starts because that doesn’t detract from the gameplay.

I tried Trism 2, and it’s a great game in its own right. But it doesn’t have me coming back to it again and again like the first Trism. What I’d rather see is a quality of life update for this Trism instead of a new Trism.

Overall it’s a great game. I recommended it for everybody.

Very addicting and very fun game

Back in 2009 when Apple featured this game during the iOS 3.0 keynote, I immediately downloaded it and played it incessantly for the better part of that year. Well as the years went on, I found other games and played them, almost forgetting about this one. Well fast forward to 2022 and I randomly wondered if this game was still on the App Store and behold, it was. I downloaded it and rediscovered how much fun it is. It is definitely a throwback to the early days of iOS. The interface elements look more like iOS 1.0-6.x than what was started in 7.0. However, it is still good. If I had to make any complaints, it would be the game doesn’t scale very well to the screens on newer iPhones. It was great on my iPhone 3G back in 2009 but on my iPhone 12 Pro in 2022, it is not exactly optimized. However, it is still playable and very fun.
